As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing multiple projects. You will play an integral role during the initial planning stages for any project plans. You will create structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints. You will partner with colleagues in different roles to assess the workloads and impacts for different departments and be able to identify dependencies and possible issues across teams. You will develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed.
As the PM, you will hold owners accountable for their commitments and will conduct project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues. You will be able to adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals. In addition, you will identify processes and activities to help identify workable process standards and best practices for how teams should approach future projects.
General knowledge about technology and security measures of SAP solution offerings
Evidence of strong written communication skills
Experience in presenting technical information in a business or regulatory context to C-level and subject matter experts
Experience to create, design and record collateral such as whitepaper, presentations, documentations, trainings, webinars, audio and video recordings, podcasts etc with little guidance
Creative and strong problem-solving skills
Goal-directed, persistent and driven to achieve positive results and outcomes
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Strong leader with ability to develop relationships
Project management and Self-Management skills; ability to work well under pressure with diligence, organization, and minimal supervision, and provide practical advice to clients
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams and business units on a global basis, without formal hierarchical authority
Bachelor's degree (or comparable in-firm training) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline preferred
10+ years of project management and execution in a technical environment/ architecture with a minimum of 1 years in a SAP solution environment
10+ Years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a Cyber Security function
10+ Years of experience in project management documentation, with a focus on documenting results
