Required Skills:


    At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
    2-5 years of experience in engineering leadership and management.
    Experience building and developing high performance teams (hiring, career development, motivation).
    Experience with Web services, SaaS, Containerization, Java/.Net Core and Modern Data Management Technologies.
    Experience scaling PostGres / SQL Server databases.
    Experience with distributed source control (Git, GitHub Flow), CI/CD and Agile backlog management tool (Jira).
    Ability to employ test driven development and continuous deployment.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, computer science or related field is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience in one of these fields.
    Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
    Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    An ongoing thirst for new knowledge, ideas and a passion for software engineering and developing people.
    Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux).


The ideal candidate will also have:


    Automotive retail experience.
    Strong business acumen.
    Mobile development (hybrid / native apps) experience.
